  Bought two coffees for my parents and there was a bit of confusion on our end as to how we were going to pay (I was trying to quickly reload my Starbucks card so I could get my stars for rewards, it was taking awhile, etc). Staff was rude, had terrible customer service when taking the order, and were also trying different drinks while they made ours. They set the coffees on the side without saying anything, and I had to engage and apologize (which I didn't believe was necessary) in order to receive a "have a good day" in return. I know working with the public can be aggrevating at times, but there wasn't a line before or after us. They could have kept their chill for 3 minutes while serving us.

  I am giving it 3 stars for the drink and -2 for the service. Here's why: there was nothing wrong with my drinks, once I got them. However, they chose not to make my drinks together because one was a frappuccino and I could hear the two baristas passing the job off to one another. They were joking between each other but when it came time to FINALLY make the frappuccino I had ordered 5 people prior, the female barista spoke to me in a mocking tone. I wish there was a way to record how she spoke to me because it felt very much as though she was making fun of the way I talk. So, I had to not only wait and be bypassed while one of my drinks sat there because I had a frappuccino, but I also left feeling like I had just been made fun of on a personal level.

  My absolute favorite Starbucks to go to, and I have been to hundreds of locations around the world. Staff here is the absolute best! Katie runs the store like a well oiled machine, and Sam made an effort from the beginning to be friendly get to know me and my order(s). I feel like a member of the family when I come here. I would go out of my way just to go inside krogers and get coffee from here. 12/10 rating.

  This is my home starbucks- and by that I mean the one I almost always go to. It's inside the Kroger, but they can do anything a licensed store can- rewards, gift cards, promo drinks, happy hour, etc. The baristas here are always super friendly, and they always make the drinks perfectly. The few times I've gotten a drink made wrong (pretty much always because I'm soft spoken, not because they don't know how to make the drinks), they're always happy to fix it. It can get a bit busy when school let's out or during happy hour, but usually the deli (which manages the the Starbucks) schedules enough people that you're never waiting long. The kiosk is always clean, as is the surrounding area. Really, I have nothing but good things to say about this Starbucks, and I've been coming here long enough (literally since we got the super Kroger back in...2014?) I figured it was time to leave a good review.

  Very helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to help me find a specialty drink I would like.
